A pitch that doesn't land in the first few minutes. Unit economics they can't defend. A story that never quite clicks. That's the work I do, getting the parts investors actually judge right.
I've built and scaled a startup myself, so I know from the inside how founders get evaluated, and where they fall apart. I bring a finance background to the numbers, and I help founders use AI to do the work of a bigger team.
Five things, done properly. Everything else is noise until these hold up.

Pearl Runway Studio is the mentor-driven startup studio I run at Pearl Academy, backed by the UPES Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UCIE) and the Hydrocarbons Education and Research Society (HERS), and recognised by the Government of Uttarakhand as a state nodal agency. It supports founders inside and outside the academy with mentorship, grant and funding support, investment access, legal and incorporation support, and workspace.
Validate the problem, find the wedge, and sharpen what you're really building.
Turn the concept into something real, with mentors and resources behind you.
Unit economics you can defend, and a go-to-market that holds up to questions.
A pitch that lands, and warm introductions to investors who actually back early.
